The Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic Product and Sales Specialist to join their London-based team. In this position, you'll work closely with cross-functional colleagues to drive client engagement and revenue growth across diverse market segments including institutional investors, multinational corporations, financial services firms, and government entities.
This role requires a unique blend of political risk domain expertise, deep product knowledge, and commercial savvy to advance client retention, portfolio expansion, and new client acquisition initiatives.
You'll take ownership of client relationship management and service excellence, lead prospect identification and development activities, oversee trial implementations, and facilitate seamless client onboarding experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with commercial teams to expand the client portfolio and drive sustainable revenue growth
- Deliver exceptional value to existing and prospective clients through consultative discussions, product demonstrations, and strategic trial management
- Develop and conduct internal training programs on platform capabilities and provide strategic guidance for outreach campaigns
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking with ability to generate innovative ideas and execute with determination and persistence
Essential Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (International Relations, Political Science, Economics, or related field)
- 3-6 years of client-facing experience in sales, account management, or relationship development within the political risk or related industry
- Proven track record of successful collaboration in international, cross-functional team environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of geopolitical dynamics, country risk assessment, and political risk integration in strategic planning and risk management frameworks
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities with proven success in internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Superior organizational capabilities and time management skills
- Native-level English proficiency (additional languages advantageous)
